To join the LiCe listserv, send e-mail from your favorite email acct to:
listserv@tigua.lacit.utep.edu
sub: not needed
subscribe lice (your name/nick)

To post to the list, mail lice@tigua.lacit.utep.edu a email message.  All the
others that subscribe to the list will get your post.  This list will concern
SrFrog's LiCe IRC script, and it will also contain info on irc II script.
Please do not post anything that does not follow this subject on the list!
