TERMS:
A system analysis will be performed once a month on your system.
You will receive a 50% reduction of the hourly rate for any service calls to service your system(s) or for material/equipment upgrades and training. $50.00 Less 50% = $25.00
You will receive top priority on any service call. A technician will be out to service your system within 24 hours.
Telephone support available.
One free system back-up per calendar year.
WARRANTY:
ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR. All software and data is sold "as is" Your Computer Solutions does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or results of use, of the software, data, or related materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. You assume the entire risk as to the performance and results of the software. Neither Your Computer Solutions nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This includes damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the software or data even if Your Computer Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If this warranty or limitation of liability set forth in this agreement shall for any reason whatsoever be held unenforceable or inapplicable, you agree that Your Computer Solutions Inc.'s liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you will respect to the software and data unit(s) at issue. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any damage to the equipment is covered by the ONE YEAR WARRANTY provided Your Computer Solutions Inc. is the only servicing agent for your system.
If another company services your system, Your Computer Solutions Inc. will not be held liable for any damages to the hardware or software. The holder of this service agreement is able to utilize Your Computer Solutions Inc. at the discounted rate to repair the damage.
This service contract is non-transferable.
Service agreement may be cancelled with a 30 day written notice. All unused portion of this service agreement will be reimbursed.
